53. Appropriate Authority to take action on the enquiry reports.
- On the basis of the enquiry report, the Appointing Authority shall take appropriate action under these rules against the Central Record keeping Agency or will make suitable recommendation to the employer of the concerned official of the department for taking action under relevant service rules, as the case may be.Chapter-XII Management Information System/Decision Support System
