Section 18(1) in The Tamil Nadu State Agricultural Council Act, 2009
(1)The Council may, subject to regulations, if any, made by it, authorise such number of members as it may deem requisite to inspect any agricultural institution where agricultural education is given or to attend any examination held by any agricultural institution for the purpose of recommending to the Government for recognition of agricultural qualification granted by such agricultural institution.
