Section 3 in Sikkim Nationalised Transport Prevention of Ticketless Travel and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1981
3. Prohibition against travelling without ticket.
- No person shall enter or remain in any transport vehicle of the Sikkim Transport for the purpose of travelling therein as a passenger or travel in such transport vehicle as a passenger(a)without a proper ticket, or(b)with a defaced ticket, or(c)with a ticket which has been used earlier.
