FACTS:
1. The appellant filed RTI application seeking information about the students who were selected, participated and were provided training certificates in Roshan Lal Shanti Devi Academy, Muradabad under Rastriya Seva Yojana. The appellant approached this Commission on the ground that there was neither CPIO's response nor FAA's decision after filing the first appeal.
Decision :
2. The Commission directs the respondent authority to provide the information sought by the appellant, within 15 days from date of receipt of this order. Disposed of.
