Section 10(1) in The Punjab Cattle Fairs (Regulation) Act, 1967
(1)No person shall(a)bring within a fair area any cattle suffering from any contagious or infectious disease; or(b)obstruct the sale or purchase of cattle or unduly interefere therewith or misguide brokers, sellers or purchasers within the fair area or cause loss to the income of the cattle fair by unfair means.
