Section 44 in The Rajasthan Soil and Water Conservation Act, 1964
44. Officer under the Act to be public servants.
- Every person who is appointed or authorised to exercise any power or perform any function or duty conferred or imposed by or under this Act shall be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Central Act XLV of 1860), and every' person who is required to submit any opinion or particular shall be deemed to be legally bound to do so within the meaning of the said Code.
