Section 10(1) in Rajasthan Nurses, Midwives, Health Visitors and Auxiliary Nurse-Midwives Registration Act, 1964
(1)The Council may make regulations consistent with this Act and with the rules made thereunder for all or any of the following matters, namely: -(a)the time and place of its meetings;(b)the issue of notices of such meetings to the members;(c)the conduct of business at such meetings;(d)the quorum necessary for the transaction of business;(e)the appointment of sub-committees to deal with any part of business before the Council;(f)the custody of the common seal and the purposes for which it shall be used, and(g)any other matter pertaining to the transaction of its business.
