6. Permissible luggage.
- A pensioner member shall be entitled to carry such luggage free of charge as is permissible to a passenger for the class in which the pensioner member travels and pensioner member shall have to pay for the excess luggage, if any one the rates fixed in that behalf by the State Roadways.
