Section 15(2) in Kerala Agricultural University Act, 1971
(2)The members of the Executive Committee [other than the elected or nominated members] [Substituted by Act 7 of 1997.] who have ceased to hold office by virtue of the provisions of Sub Section (1) shall be competent to exercise the powers and perform the functions of the Executive Committee under this Act and the Statutes, Ordinance and Regulations.
