102. Certain Acts not to Apply.
(1)The provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 and the Monopolies and Restrictive Trade Practices Act, 1969 shall not apply to multi-State cooperative societies.(2)The multi-State co-operative societies registered or deemed to be registered tinder the provisions of this Act shall not indulge in monopolistic and restrictive trade practices, as defined in the Monopolies and Restrictive Trade Practices Act, 1969.
