Section 9(1) in The Coal Mines Provident Fund Scheme
(1)A casual vacancy in the office of a trustee shall be filled up by the Central Government by notification in the Official Gazette, as soon after the occurrence of the vacancy as possible, after consultation with the State Government or the organisations of employers or employees, as the case may be, which was being represented by the trustee whose office is to be filled up.
