Section 1 in The West Bengal Land (Requisition And Acquisition) Re-Enacting Act, 1977
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the West Bengal Land (Requisition and Acquisition) Re-enacting Act, 1977.(2)It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st day of April, 1977.
