18B. [ Penalties. [Inserted by Section 13 of the S.A.L.C. & R. (Amd.) Act No. 2 of 1978 (w.e.f. 22.6.78).]
- Whoever contravenes any order passed under this Chapter or obstructs any person from taking possession of any land under section 11 or fails to furnish the statement required under section 16 or makes or submits a statement or furnishes any information which is false or which he has reasons to believe to be false, shall be punishable with fine which may extend to one thousand rupees.]
