263D. [ Inspection of Corporation works and institutions by Government officers. - [Chapter XXA including sections 263A to 263M inserted by W.B. Act 9 of 1994.]
Any work or institution constructed or maintained or any programme undertaken in whole or in part, at the expense of the Corporation, and all registers, books, accounts or other documents relating thereto, shall, at all times, be open to inspection by such officers as the State Government may appoint in this behalf].
