Section 2(i) in Meghalaya Regulation of the Game of Arrow Shooting and the Sale of Teer Tickets Act, 2018
(i)"Organizer" of Arrow Shooting means a person or organization authorized to organize arrow shooting or the game of teer (thoh team) under a licence or permit issued in the manner prescribed by any officer authorized in this behalf by the State Government;
