(2)The manager of a mine shall ensure that a detail plan of operations relating to safety and geotechnical matters is formulated before the commencement of drilling operation or work-over plan for workover operation for the individual well and the same is made available to installation managers, other concerned officials and competent person before the commencement of the said operation.
