Section 9(1) in Telangana Aqua-culture Seed (Quality Control) Act, 2006
(1)The Government may, by notification establish one State level and one or more Regional Aqua-culture Seed Laboratories or declare any seed laboratory as an Aquaculture Seed Laboratory where analysis of seeds of any notified kind or variety shall be carried out by Seed Analysts under this Act in the prescribed manner and to carry out any other functions entrusted to it by or under this Act.
