Section 250(1) in The Tamil Nadu Building and other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2006
(1)The Chief Inspector of Inspection of Building and Construction may engage experts or agencies, as deemed necessary, from the fields of civil engineering, structural engineering, architecture and other disciplines of occupational safety, health and environment as and when required, for the purpose of conducting an inspection, investigation or enquiry into the cause of an accident or a dangerous occurrence or otherwise.
