Section 12F(1) in The Daman (Abolition of Proprietorship of Villages) Regulation, 1962
(1)No Civil Court shall have jurisdiction to settle, decide or deal with any question which is by or under the Regulation required to be settled, decided or dealt with by the Mamlatdar or the Collector.
