Section 9(iii) in The Salary, Allowances And Pension Of Members Of Parliament (Amendment) Act, 2003
(iii)after clause (ff), the following clause shall be inserted, namely:-" (fff) to provide for carry forward of unutilized free telephone calls pertaining to any year beginning on or after the 1st day of April, 2002 to any subsequent year;". T. K. VISWANATHAN, Secy. to the Govt. of India.
