Section 376(4) in The Bombay Provincial Municipal Corporations Act, 1949
(4)When any premises are used in the manner described in clause (c) or (d) of subsection (1) it shall be presumed until the contrary is proved, that the owner or occupier of such premises, or both the owner and occupier have permitted such case.
