Section 8(a) in The Rajasthan Legal Assistance (Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes) Rules, 1969
(a)Pleaders, for appearing on behalf of a person receiving assistance under these rules shall ordinarily be members of Bar with a standing of atleast 5 years at the Bar.
