(4)There shall be a Dean of each Faculty who shall be responsible for the due observance of Statutes, Ordinances and Regulations relating to the Faculty. Fie shall be Executive Officer of the Faculty and shall preside at its meeting, subject to the provisions of sub-section (1) of Section 8-B.
