64. Facilities for undertaking research or training.
- Every holder of a prospecting licence or a prospecting licencecum- mining lease or a mining lease shall afford all reasonable facilities to persons authorised by the authorised officer for the purpose of undertaking research or training in matters relating to mining or geology.
