(1)All State Government Departments and other statutory bodies controlled by the State Government shall render such help and assistance and furnish such information to the Authority and shall make available for the inspection and examination of land (if necessary, preparation of copies from) such records, maps, plans and other documents, as it may require in the discharge of its functions under this Act.
