Section 12(2A) in Karnataka Silkworm Seed Cocoon and Silk Yarn (Regulation of Production, Supply, Distribution and Sale) Act, 1959
(2A)[ Any person who contravenes the provisions of clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 7 or sub-section (2) of that section shall be punishable with imprisonment which may extend to three months or with fine which may extend to [five thousand rupees] [Inserted by Act 29 of 1969 w.e.f. 22.12.1969.] or with both.]
