42. Power to establish pounds for cattle and to appoint keeper
(1)The Commissioner of City Police, Hyderabad shall, from time to time, appoint such places as he thinks fit to be Cattle Pounds, and a Police Officer of such rank shall be appointed as pound-keeper as Government may approve.(2)Every pound-keeper so appointed shall discharge his duties subject to the orders of the Commissioner of City Police, Hyderabad.
