Section 2(m) in U.P. Pravidhik Shiksha (Committees and Sub-Committees, Affiliation of Institutions) Regulation, 2000
(m)"Recognition Committee" means a committee constituted by the Board under Section 18 of the Act for the purpose of dealing with matters referred to it by the Government or the Board for awarding recognition to any course of study of an affiliated institution.
