Section 11(1) in Telangana Bio-fertilizers (Monitoring and Quality Control) Act, 2006
(1)Every holder of a Certificate of Registration desiring to renew the Certificate of Registration granted under section 9 shall, before the date of expiry of such certificate of registration make an application for renewal to the Registering Authority or as the case may be, to the Controller as may be prescribed in duplicate, together with the fee prescribed under section 30 of the Act for such renewal and a certificate of source as required under section 8 of the Act.
