Section 1 in The Assam Criminal Law (Amendment) Act, 1970
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Assam Criminal Law (Amendment) Act, 1970.(2)It shall have the like extent as the said rules.(3)It shall come into force at once.
