Section 2(1)(e) in The Merchant Shipping (Continuous Discharge Certificate) Rules, 2017

(e)"Shipping Master" means a shipping master of a port appointed under sub-section (1) of section 11 of the Act or such other officer as may be authorized by the Director General of Shipping.
