Section 113 in The Multi-State Co-Operative Societies Act, 2002
113. Inspection of minutes book of general meetings.—
The books containing the minutes of the proceedings of any general meeting of a multi-State co-operative society shall—(a)be kept at the registered office of that society, and(b)be open, during business hours, to the inspection of any member of that society.
