Section 31(4) in THE ANDHRA PRADESH ANIMAL FEED (REGULATION OF MANUFACTURE, QUALITY CONTROL, SALE AND DISTRIBUTION) ACT, 2020
(4)The Licensing Authority shall, if he so deems fit decide, within the period prescribed by the Government of Andhra Pradesh, as per the gravity of offence, whether the matter be referred to a court as per the rules provision of this Act.
