(9)The minutes of the proceedings of a meeting of the Senate shall be drawn up by the Registrar in consultation with Dean Academics and circulated to all the members of senate present in India:Provided that any such minutes shall not be circulated if the Senate considers such circulation prejudicial to the interests of the Institute or the Government of India.
