Section 3(2) in Tamil Nadu Tax on Consumption or Sale of Electricity Act, 2003
(2)The Government may pay such amount as may be prescribed as collection charge to every person collecting electricity tax under this section:Provided that such amount shall not exceed 1% of the electricity tax collected by such person.
