Section 3(1)(r) in Bihar Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Rules, 1985

(r)"Transmission" means, unless the context is otherwise,

(i)to import inter-State into Bihar,

(ii)to export inter State out of Bihar, and

(iii)to transport within Bihar;
