Section 11(1) in The Parel Investments and Trading Private Limited and Domestic Gas Private Limited (Taking Over of Management) Act, 1979
(1)Nosuit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against any officer orother employee of the Central Government, the Custodian or any chairman,director, officer or other employee of the Custodian for anything which is in;good faith done or intended to be done under this Act.
