(ii)[ "Association of Colleges" means the Association of Private Un-Aided Professional Colleges formed for the purpose of conducting the Test mentioned in Rule 11, and recognised by the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education consisting of representatives of Management, representatives of Architecture and Planning colleges offering B.Arch., B.
