For the Petitioners : Mr. Sanjay Kumar Sah, Advocate For the State : A.P.P 02/Dated: 18/01/2019 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioners have been made accused in connection with Rajrappa P.S. Case No. 162 of 2018 for the offence under sections 414/34 I.P.C. Section 12A, 12B, 12C of the Jharkhand Bovine Animals (Prohibition of Slaughter) Act and under section 12 of Prevention of Cruelty to Animal Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that petitioners are in custody since 07.11.2018 and they are no concern with the seized articles.

On the other hand, learned A.P.P opposed the prayer for bail. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/-(twenty five thousand)each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of the court of learned S.D.J.M, Ramgarh in connection with Rajrappa P.S. Case No. 162 of 2018. The petitioners are directed to deposit Rs, 5,000/- each before the trial court on the date of his furnishing bail bond which will be subject to result of the case and will not affect the case of petitioners during trial.
