Section 554 in The Calcutta Municipal Corporation Act, 1980
554. Notices, etc. to fix reasonable time. -
Where any notice, bill, order or requisition issued made under this Act or the rules or the regulations made thereunder requires anything to be done, for the doing of which no time is fixed in this Act or the rules or the regulations made thereunder, such notice, bill, order or requisition shall specify a reasonable time for doing the same.
