Section 34 in Jharkhand Co-operative Societies Act, 2008
34. Inspection by Registrar.
- The Registrar may from time to time inspect a registered society, where the State Government has contributed by way of equity, himself or cause it to be inspected by some person authorised by him in this behalf by general or special order.
