This writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of certiorari/mandamus/prohibitory for setting aside the impugned orders dated 25.05.2022 (Annexures P-41 to P-44) passed by respondent No.2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file separate petitions with respect to orders passed in separate proceedings against private respondents.
In view of the above-said statement of learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with the aforesaid liberty.
