1. Learned Government Advocate informs this Court that, by Government Order in G.O. Ms. No. 1206, Public (Law & Order. F) Department, dated 19.12.2005, the detention order passed against S. Arunkumar @ Aslin, the petitioner herein, has been revoked. He has also produced a copy of the Government Order. Accordingly, no adjudication is required in this matter. Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
