Section 50(1) in Shri Govind Guru University Act, 2015
(1)There shall be formed a committee for each Faculty for the purpose of drawing up the list for appointment of the University Examiners, consisting of,-(i)the Dean, who shall be the ex-officio Chairperson;(ii)the Chairperson of the Board of Studies; and(iii)two members of the Board of Studies, nominated by the Vice-Chancellor for the year.
