Section 23 in Rajasthan Lakes (Protection and Development) Authority Act, 2015
23. Power of Authority to call for information.
- The Authority shall have power to call for any information from any department of the State Government or any local authority or any other person which is required by it in the exercise of its powers and the performance of its functions under this Act or the rules or regulations made thereunder, and such department, authority or person shall be bound to furnish such information.
