(9)"Misconducts" means willfully not to receive or refuse to receive, information sent by State Government Managing Director, Collector or authorized officer, Deputy Director, market committee or disobey, the order/direction issued by Board, Managing Director or the authorized officer, market committee or non-submission of required information in the time limit or submission of incomplete or incorrect information;
