Section 56(1) in The Rajasthan Inter-State Migrant Workmen (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 1981
(1)Every contractor shall sent half yearly return in Form XXIII (in duplicate) so as to reach the licensing officer concerned not later than thirty days from the close of the half year.Note.- Half year for the purpose of this rule means "a period of six months commencing from 1st January and 1st July every year."
