50. Anchal Panchayat may lend the services of its Secretary to a Gram Panchayat.
- An Anchal Panchayat may, if requested to do so by a Gram Panchayat, lend the services of its Secretary to the Gram Panchayat, on such terms and conditions as may be agreed upon between such Gram Panchayat and the Anchal Panchayat, for such purposes as may be specified by the Anchal Panchayat and thereupon the Secretary shall render such service to the Gram Panchayat.
