Section 58A(1) in The Orissa Municipal Delimitation of Wards, Reservation of Seats and Conduct of Election Rules, 1994
(1)The Election Officer may have the control units of the voting machines used, at more than one polling station taken up for scrutiny and inspection and votes recorded in such units counted simultaneously.
