Section 26(1) in Securities and Exchange Board of India (Employees' Service) Regulations, 2001
(1)Every employee shall on his appointment declare his domicile in writing to the Board and if such domicile is not his place of birth he must establish the same to the satisfaction of the Competent Authority.
